Each dot is a synthetic consumer.

Build the sample you want from more than 50 socioeconomic and demographic attributes such as age, income, city and shopping channel.

A synthetic consumer is a digital person with a profile that resembles a real person’s. We draw on statistical distributions and past consumer research to build the profiles.

If you prefer, you can start with a ready-made sample that matches Türkiye’s population. Either way, each profile is represented by its own AI agent.

The dots become a voice.

Each dot is a person; every person’s answer is collected and analysed.

The same question goes to every person in the sample. Each one weighs it against their own budget and needs, and explains which option they prefer and why.

Side by side, the answers form a distribution. In this example, you can see the prices where demand clusters and the price beyond which it thins out.

The voice becomes a decision.

Every synthetic consumer’s answer is recorded. The answers are analysed, broken down by segment and turned into outputs you can act on.

In this example, the distribution comes down to two findings: the average purchase price and the demand drop. The drop is the price range where demand falls quickly as the price rises.

The report shows the results separately by age, income and other profile attributes, and you can download it as a PDF or Excel file. The responses are model outputs. The decision is yours to make, in light of these findings.

Frequently asked questions

Your questions, answered.

A synthetic consumer is a digital person with attributes such as age, income and shopping habits, and a profile that resembles a real person’s. It answers your research questions according to those attributes. You can define your own audience or choose a ready-made sample that matches Türkiye’s population.

We compare numerical results with real consumer studies and measure the differences. For open-ended responses, we look at the themes that emerge in each study and how closely they overlap.

It depends on the study. Pricing tests show demand and revenue curves; surveys show response distributions; focus groups reveal themes and comments. You can compare results by age, income and other profile attributes, and download the report as a PDF or Excel file.

You can interview a single synthetic profile. For other research methods, we recommend at least 100 synthetic participants.

Quantitative research answers numerical questions, such as how many people prefer each option. Qualitative research explores the reasons through open-ended questions. In SCL, use pricing tests and surveys for the former, and focus groups for conversations with participants.

Timing depends on the method, number of questions and number of participants. Your report appears in your account when the study is complete.
